메모리 부족 현상은 내장된 메모리 자체가 너무 적어서 그런 경우도 있지만, OS나 프로그램의 불안정으로 인한 경우와 작업 파일의 결함 등으로 인해 발생하는 경우 등도 있을 수 있습니다.
때로는 하드디스크의 빈 여유 공간이 적어 그럴 수도 있구요.
그리고 어떤 파일들로 작업을 하여도 동일한 에러가 발생한다면, 혹시 모르니 아래의 내용을 참조하시어 정리되어 있는 내용대로 조치를 취해보시기 바랍니다.

현재 CS2 버전은 인텔맥(맥프로, 맥북 프로, 맥북, 맥미니 등의 인텔칩을 장착한 최근의 매킨토시 전 기종들)에서 몇몇 버그가 발생하기 때문에 그로 인한 증상일 수도 있기 때문입니다.

그리고 한 가지 더 확인을 해보실 내용은 지금 사용중인 매킨토시의 내장 메모리를 확인하는 것입니다.
맥북의 경우에 내장 메모리가 1GB 이하라면 버거운 느낌이 들 것이며, 1~2GB 정도가 되어야 작업이 원활할 것입니다.
